What to expect
When you reach out, I'll respond personally — not an assistant, not a form letter. I'd like to understand:

From there, we can have a conversation about whether I'm the right fit. If I'm not, I'll tell you — and try to point you in a better direction.

That's fine. We can figure that out together. Start by telling me what's on your mind, and we'll work backwards from there.
Common questions
How quickly can you start?
It depends on current commitments, but typically within 2-4 weeks. For urgent situations (project recovery, for example), I try to accommodate sooner.
Do you work remotely?
Yes, primarily. I'm based in The Netherlands but work with companies across Europe. For embedded architect engagements, some on-site time can be valuable, but most work happens remotely.
What industries do you work with?
I've worked across logistics (PostNL), fintech, sportstech, cybersecurity, and enterprise software. The common thread is companies serious about AI — with real problems to solve, not just "AI for AI's sake."
What if I'm not sure what I need?
That's a good starting point, actually. Many of the best engagements start with "something's not right and we're not sure why." We can figure out the shape of the problem together.
